Delivery Information

1. We will deliver orders in our own van on nominated days and points in surrounding towns weekly during the season.

2.Customers in other towns will be able to pay for next day delivery and we will use our contracted courier service for a fee.

3. We will identify opportunities to attend community events where we will deliver orders that have been placed in advance.

4. Customers will be able to arrange collection from the Collection point by phone, or when placing orders online.

5. We’ll open the farm across the week. The farm will be attended (daylight hours only), and customers will be invited strictly by appointment, shown how to pick their own produce (if they wish), and will pay at the collection point using card payment only, cash on in advance via the website.

6. Delivery points will be communicated ahead of delivery - also available on checkout. 

7. If you can no longer collect your order, it is your responsibility to arrange alternative collection and to communicate this to us.

8. Postal Orders - We offer postal orders for next day delivery for an additional fee of £14 for a maximum 5 dozens.

Refund Policy

1. Verification of the state of the items delivered should be done at the time of delivery. In case you receive a farm product that is wrong or damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us via our email: "shop@moyofreshfarm.com".

2. Due to the highly perishable nature of our fresh products, you as the customer must understand you cannot claim any returns after receiving and accepting the order. If the reason for return is genuine and the mistake has occurred from our side, then we, Moyo Fresh Farm Supplies, will reimburse you or replace the product on the next delivery.

3. Any dissatisfaction will need to be communicated in a timely manner via email.
